Reykjavik, Iceland

Clydesdale Christie horse backriding in Iceland!

Howdy yall! This was our second race for The Amazing Race! We traveled to Reykjavik, Iceland. We had to become Vikings and travel to a monestary to battle against monks to steal treasures and goods! Unfortunately, we lost the battle 2 times, and then we won the third. We also leared a famous meal that is prepered in Iceland, which is shark! Did you know that you have to let the shark meat rot for six months in order to cook it properly when its ready?! Yuck!!

Austin, Texas

Howdy yall! This was the first official race that we competed in today! We traveled to Austin, Texas. We got to check out the Texas Memorial Stadium, the home of the University of Texas's Longhorns football team. Did you know that the stadium has a seating capacity of 100,119 people?! That's a lot!  It was really fun, however my partner Clydesdale Christie was absent today, so a friend of mine took her place. Thank you Brianne for filling in her place! Some of the questions were tricky, but we finished with a good time and overall finished in second place! So far we had a good start to the Amazing Race, and hopefully we can keep it that way throughout the competition!

We went to the Sea World and checked out the Pets Ahoy, and it was an amazing show! But sadly we never had time to watch. Well talk to yall next time!

Bangkok, Thailand

Yuck! Clydesdale Christie had to eat
one of these nasty worms in order for
us to go to our next activity!
Howdy Yall! Today was our third practice for the Amazing Race. This was probably the toughest out of all of them. We were yielded three times, so we had to count all the way to 600 before we could finish the rest of the activities. We eventually finished, but we are still unsure of what place we came in. We wonder how our next practice will turn out.

This is the Machu Picchu, also known
as The Lost City of Incas that we
saw in Lima, Peru. It was an extraordinary site!

Howdy Yall! Today we had our second practice for the Amazing Race! This practice was a little frustrating, but we managed to complete the tasks, and finsished third. We can't wait to do our next practice on Thursday!
